The carrier oil conditions, soothes and calms damaged skin with a unique blend of oils including sweet almond, coconut, arnica, calendula, rosehip seed, pumpkin seed, hemp seed and natural vitamin E.

How To Use:
After sport or exercise, add 1-2 capfuls to a warm bath. Spend 20-30 minutes relaxing with a drink of water to hydrate.
